About

Who I Am

I am a student of humanity and follower of Christianity, from the Heartland of America.

Why I Write

The short answer:

I was thrown a lifeline over twenty years ago and am convinced it was never meant to be exclusively mine. Writing is my way of tossing that same buoyant rope for anyone who chooses to grab hold. My novel, Threadbare, and blog posts are what I wish I had had two decades ago, to be less alone, more understood, and better prepared for the power and mystery contained within that extraordinary, unsinkable lifeline.

The long answer:

The Discovery of More

The State of the Church answer:

Taming God
